This book is amazing. After reading through the first few pages, I knew that the author was on to something great! The humor that is injected through the characters is relatable and really helps to convey the lessons in an amazing way. All of the chapters are great, for me the Tithing chapter really hit home and helped to explain the importance of setting aside a tenth of your income. Overall this book easily gets 5 out of 5 stars and I hope that the author decides to write another book, as I will surely purchase that one as well! I encourage all who read this review to give The Father's Recipe a read. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed!Product details

The main character uses the Heavenly Father's guidelines to share best practices for personal financial management while giving advice to his two late teens. A must read for people of faith whether it's to learn for yourself or teach someone else.
This is a great book and my 13 year old loves it just as much as I do. We look forward to putting the money saving tips to practice. I highly recommend this book for all who are interested in learning and growing financially.
Written in an informative easy to read format. Not a bunch of technical jargon that could easily bore someone who lacks the passion or technical comprehension for the field of finance. It's a good book for the whole family.
The author took a simple theory and place it real life situations that could be related to by many. It personally made me rethink the way I handle my finances. Very well written and the humor that was interjected was perfect. A must read!
Clear, concise and relatable. The wording is simplistic in a way that is all inclusive to each demographic age group. Every teenager should read this book to have a better understanding of good money management. I love the fact that it is biblically based. The recipe idea was a clever way to keep us entertained while learning the value of good money skills. I definitely plan to make the Balsamic-Glazed Salmon!
Very well written book. Took the principles of the importance of saving and put it into real life examples that we can relate to. This is a real guide on how to be blessed by not only waiting and obeying God, but also taking responsibility for your own actions. A good book for those just coming out of high school and college looking to save money and start off finances right. But also a good book for those trying to get their finances back in order.
